This is the way we get byyyyyy

-slept in the outside room.
-woke up with the roosters. weather is suprisingly cold.
-first moroccan shower, i've been putting it off. it wasnt so bad, but i spent most of the time trying to keep the water out of my mouth. i'm gonna get sick eventually, but please, not yet.
-couscous in the suburbs
-class prep with the director.
-bed acquisition. (similar, in theory, to language acquisition)
-financially reimbursed.
-finally bought some liquor. available only in the fancypants euro Gueliz. paid $3.40 US for cabernet. what?
-mega shopping trip with vanessi; shoes, new blanket, jacket of local flavor, scarf, milk, bread, avocado juice.
-spent 400DH, about forty dollars.
-Walked through THE darkest alley/street I have ever witnessed. Spooked. This place gets pretty creepy at night. we live inside the medina walls, and at night they close most of the doors in and out of the souk. Its all yellowy lighting and windy alleys. Creepy; compounded by the pointy floorlength robes.
so far i have only been scared at night.
-we are so tired. and now to bed.
-didnt study very much today, i hope to sleep late tomorrow then maybe cook something over a pit of fire.

ps, got to play a lute last night. so pretty. i will certainly get one of my own, for vanessa has roped me into cohosting the music club. this should be hilarious.
